The Icon Mod team is making new icons for Flashes that don't have them.

We're not in charge of the redesign, just the Flash icons.

You can make your own Flash icons. As of now, you don't have any Flashes, so this really doesn't apply to you.

Technically, your profile is fully customizable. Click the "[Edit Layout]" button near the top of your profile page to see what I mean.
